What on earth is going on?
He captioned the pic: "Today's office @prettylittlething #losangeles #kardashians @umarkamani".
The reason behind the (slightly confusing) friendship group he’s got going on here is that Ryan’s old friends with CEO Umar.
Ryan's bro Scott Thomas also posted a pic of Umar and Kim, saying: “I'm sorry but this sh#tdeserves a post! I remember when this kid picked the name PrettyLittleThing.com and looked me dead in the eyes and told me without fail his company would be a multi million pound company within 5 years!
