There had been speculation for weeks about whether Scott Thomas and Kady McDermott were still a couple, due to a lack of joint posts on their social media.
Then reports claimed the pair had split after a violent incident in which Scott allegedly assaulted his Love Island girlfriend.

And now The Sun is reporting that Scott was actually arrested on 24th June after an argument at their home escalated.
The newspaper alleges that Scott came gome drunk with friends and that he ended up spending the night in a police cell.
A source told The Sun: "Kady was furious when Scott came into the house drunk. They had a huge row and it got out of hand with some pushing and shoving.

"Kady called the police and Scott spent the rest of the night in a cell."
The insider added: "It was blown out of proportion and they were both really embarrassed the next day."
Scott was apparently released without charge but the police did issue a statement about the incident. A spokesperson said: "Shortly after 4:35am on Saturday 24 June 2017, police were called to reports of a domestic incident at an address in Heald Green, Stockport.
"Officers attended and arrested a 28-year-old man on suspicion of assault. He was later released without charge and no further action will be taken."
And while the source revealed the couple had then split up briefly, they are now back together and working on their relationship.

And it seems Kady wanted to put the record straight herself. The 22-year-old took to Twitter and wrote: "Don't believe everything you hear in the press guys, me and Scott are happy in our own little private bubble 😊❤️"
