About bloody time, eh?

Adam Maxted

Adam Maxted had what can only be described as an absolute nightmare while appearing on Love Island earlier this summer.

He basically failed to make a connection with anyone, got with Katie Salmon, then broke up with her a few days after leaving the island via a horrid Twitter post.

It was a far cry from the other finalists, who are literally all STILL TOGETHER and loved up.

But it looks as though Adam's love luck may have changed.

He's uploaded a shot of himself and Carly Taylor having some cocktails, captioning it: "Attention from hundreds, thousands even millions of people means nothing if it isn’t from that 1 person you want it from @xcarlytaylorx.”

You're getting attention from millions of people, eh, Adam? TELL US MORE.

They look like they're in lurrrrrrrve.

She too uploaded a pic with the caption: "A lot can happen in a few days…. @adammaxted."

SWEET.

His Love Island cast mates, meanwhile, have been giving us basically a constant stream of relationship envy since they left the villa.

Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen are still going strong and revealed a nawty bedroom secret, Scott Thomas just bought Kady McDermott the most RIDIC haul of birthday gifts we've ever seen, and Terry Walsh and Emma Jane Woodhams just got a lovely little kitten.

And Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey are living together, cos they're just PERF.

We never doubted those two for a second.

AND Sophie Gradon and Tom Powell have been spotted out in Newcastle looking at rings and snogging, which just has engagement written ALL OVER IT.

To add more fuel to the marriage fire, this comes just weeks after Tom met her parents.

He tweeted: "Just got home from meeting @sophiegradon ‘s parents… No black eyes or thick lips… Think it went pretty well!”
