Marnie Simpson and Lewis Bloor are still together!

We've been pretty worried for our favourite reality TV couple lately.

Firstly – Marnie was filmed looking REALLY upset outside a club, after the Geordie Shore cast were bottled.

Marnie was heard shouting at the bouncers, screaming: "I’m 25 years of age, I’m going home! You’re not looking out for us though making me go back to that f**king house."

Then Marnie revealed she was having health problems and bladder pain, and was panicking over how she was going to get it sorted while she was filming Geordie Shore.

Then poor Marns was rushed to hospital, spending around five hours in A&E.

The next morning, Lewis tweeted: "Never been so frustrated in all my life" and "Time for a big run to clear my head" and reportedly unfollowed Marnie on Twitter.

All this drama had us wondering if Lewis and Marnie might have called it quits.

But Marnie seems to have slammed rumours of a split with her latest Instagram post, which is dedicated to her boyf's 27th birthday.

Posting a cute throwback of the couple in the Celebrity Big Brother House, Marnie posted:

"Happy birthday my little elephant... love you more than anything in the world. I truly Don't have the words to describe how special you really are. I Hope I get to spend every single birthday with you forever and ever. Lots of hugs and kisses xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx @lewisbloor1"

Cute!

Lewis also tweeted: "5 months ago today i walked in to CBB. Truly grateful for what the past 12 months have brought me. Heres to the next 12 😬💜 #27club".

Plz say this means we can expect a Marnie and Lewis wedding in the future!

In other celebrity relationship news, Jessica Wright was just linked to Luke Pasqualino

And James Arthur is scared of Tinder. Lol.
