Of all the rumours being thrown about re the next series of Celebrity Big Brother (check out our full rumoured line-up HERE), Stephanie Davis going back with her actual newborn baby was by far the most bizarre.

We know some pretty odd stuff has happened on Big Brother, but c’mon…

Stephanie Davis

“Big Brother producers have asked Steph to go on the series in January for three days with her baby,” a source told The Sun.

“They think it would make a great story as if the baby definitely is Jeremy’s then it is all a result of their appearance on CBB last year.

“Steph has told them she would love to do it but discussions are ongoing. It is just a matter of working out logistics and whether they can make it work.”

But Stephanie shut down these rumours last night, tweeting: “Come on now.. I will not be taking part in CBB 2017. It was lovely to be asked but my priorities are my son and being an amazing mummy xx.”

Very fair.

In other CBB news, one celeb who actually probably is going into the house is FITLORD Calum Best.

Calum said: “I’m going on holiday at the end of the year, but coming back to London in January to do some work."

And when asked by the Daily Star Online if it was for Celebrity Big Brother, he winked and replied: "no comment"

You ruddy tease, Calum.

He added: "I've got a lot of time for Celebrity Big Brother, it has done a lot for me.

"If I did go back, I would go on the All Stars team and it would be fun."

CBB bosses recently confirmed what we all prayed would be true – that the theme will be All Stars and New Stars (basically – the most contro housemates from previous years will be RETURNING).

In a statement, Channel 5 said: "Celebrity Big Brother is here to banish the January blues with its most colourful series yet!

"Together [the All Stars and New Stars] will be living in the Big Brother house which has been given a colourful pop art makeover."
