In a year of celebrity heart break, Brexit and the demise of The Great British Bake Off, there was one beacon of light in the summer of 2016: Celebrity Big Brother. And more precisely, Stephen Bear in Celebrity Big Brother.
Love him or literally cannot stand him, Bear's antics in the house made for some bloody great telly, didn’t they?
His relationship with Chloe Khan very nearly overtook Chantelle Houghton and Samuel Preston (who's actually maybe collaborating with Liam Payne) as our favourite Celebrity Big Brother couple EVER.
Alas, it wasn’t meant to be :(
BUT Bear won the show and is apparently heading back into the house this January to cause some dramz as reigning champ.
And it looks as though the reality star just confirmed he'll be back on our screens for Celebrity Big Brother with a cryptic AF tweet.
This year there's a bit of a twist as apparently CBB 2017 is Gold Stars v New Stars, where the best contestants from past shows will come back for the most explosive series EVER.
Last night Bear wrote: "Can't wait for January," complete with a house emoji.
A HOUSE EMOJI.
And seeing as it's just been confirmed that CBB is starting on 3 January, we’re putting two and two together and gonna go out on a whim and say this is pretty much confirmation Bear will be heading back into the house.
In other CBB line-up news, Jedward have become the latest rumoured CBB housemates to return to the house, and we are big fans of this idea.
"Jedward caused chaos when they were in the house five years ago and viewers loved it," a source told The Daily Star.
"Producers were really keen to get them back, they know they are TV gold."
There’s even been suggestions that Stephanie Davis could be returning with her NEW BORN BABY. Srsly.
