Chantelle Connelly, formerly of Geordie Shore, ripped out our still beating hearts, stamped on them, and did a little jig all over our bleeding arteries when she claimed that the show that made her famous was FAKE.
We've spent five years on that show, Chantelle. FIVE YEARS.
But now Marnie Simpson has bitten back and given us hope by disputing Chantelle's claims.
"It's not true! Geordie Shore is 100% real," Marnie stated.
"It is a TV show and of course we get put in certain situations, but everything we do on the show is what we choose to do…
"If we really don't want to be in certain situations, we have the option not to be," she went on, speaking to the Mirror.
Chantelle, however, says that she gets together with Gary Beadle in the upcoming series (that filmed about three months ago, confusingly) as part of a storyline that she was given.
She even says that she ran it past her then boyfriend, who was cool with it. This seems a bit weird, but who are we to judge other people's relationships?
LOLOLOLOLOLOL.
And Chantelle isn't going to take Marns' comments lying down. She took to Twitter with the following mildly thrilling message, saying: "Don't worry I have a message back !! Hold tight guys Yous in for a bumpy ride."
We can hardly contain ourselves and we really mean that.
We're pretty sad that Chantelle has quit *Geordie Shore, *TBH. Her way with one-liners, and that "I flash me gash for twenty cash" line were ace.
But, as one Geordie heads off into the sunset, two more are spied over the horizon. Sophie Kasaei -who seems to have her served her time for *that *incident – and Kyle Christie are both back for series 13.
