This isn't the news you all hoped for.
After splitting up with loverat Lewis Bloor, our hearts filled with excitement when rumours started brewing that Marnie Simpson and Aaron Chalmers might have rekindled their romance.
But sadly, the only reason they shared a snap together was to promote the new series of Geordie Shore.
Marnie took to Twitter to explain herself (albeit angrily), before Aaron got on board too.
Responding to a story about their reunion, Marnie wrote, "Stop it ffs we work together and are great friends really getting sick of this now."
Meanwhile her tattooed ex chimed in, "we are very good friends THATS IT."
At least they're not arguing!
It comes after Marns, who broke up with Lewis Bloor after she discovered he had cheated on her, was also forced to deny there was romance brewing between her and TOWIE's Dan Edgar.
Taking to Twitter yet again, she wrote, "Stop talking total bulls**t me and Dan are pals and nothing more..."
But Marns, you'd make SUCH an attractive couple!
The drams comes after Lewis made it quite clear where their messy love affair stood, tweeting that "Life's gotta move on." Deep.
But weirdly, the ex-couple are still living together.
