You can't scroll through Instagram without a) spotting an arty-angeled shot of poached eggs and avocado on toast (#guilty) b) an inspirational quote which makes you feel slightly sick (#guilty) or c) Louise Thompson on ANOTHER holiday with hunky, chunky boyfriend Ryan Libbey.
We wish we were #guilty of that, but have only managed to lift one thing this weekend and that was a brie sandwich. Into our gobs. You get the gist.
HOWEVER, Amber Rose decided to break the etiquette of Instagram and posted a fully frontal nude picture of herself, covered in erm... we are guessing Johnsons baby oil. Don't quote us on that.
