And it seems things may have turned sour between the two Mels after eagle-eyed fans noticed Melanie B had unfollowed the other Mel on Twitter and Instagram this week.
However, some sort of reunion or celebration may still be on the cards after Mel B, Geri Horner and Emma Bunton were spotted at a London recording studio recently.
The ladies had been working with producer Eliot Kennedy who they teamed up with in their heyday.
After their apparent recording session, he tweeted: “Now that was a day for the history books. Like 20 years had never happened.
“Proper friendship! Hit song!”
