Don't get us wrong, we bloody love a bit of Alex Mytton here at heatworld. Oh, how charming and chiseled that man is. But one thing we will not stand for is anybody coming for Love Island. There's a line, and anyone questioning the show or its contestants would be crossing it.
And that's exactly what Alex has done. UNBELIEVABLE.
So you know how loads of nervous students got their A Level results yesterday; quivering in school halls wondering literally wtf their life has in store for them? Well Alex - very much a Made in Chelsea cast member - took the opportunity to make a dig at Love Island contestants and people aren't too happy about it.
Showing some kinda insincere support for students, Alex advised: "Guys if you're results were sh*t don't worry there's always Love Island #ResultsDay."
Notice anything a little...ironic with said post? It's actually your not you're, babes. Oh dear.
Seeing as the entire nation's currently in mourning over its favourite show, Alex received a fair bit of stick over his unecessarily-sassy comment.
One Love Island fan replied: 'I do believe @CamillaThurlow may disagree with YOUR tweet here (correct usage of your btw),' with another all like 'Or Made In Chelsea #boom.'
Oh, Alex. Never mess with a national institution, pal.
