They might have literally hated each other through all the High School Musical movies, but Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale have just duetted on Elle King's Ex's & Oh's and IT. IS. PERFECT.
Like, so great. To the point where it's already rectified everything 2016 threw at us. Almost.
Gabriella and Sharpay never really saw eye-to-eye over lines and the affections of Troy Bolton back in the day, but IRL they're actually best mates and have sung together for the first time. Probably not ever, just on record.
Chucking a vid on YouTube, Ashley said: "I read all your comments, and you guys wanted one very special guest and so I brought her in; my best friend Vanessa Hudgens.
"We're really excited to do this because this is actually our first duet together. We did not have a song in High School Musical, just the two of us. We always wanted one, too."
Basically it's incredible and we're probably gonne need an entire album. Failing that, we'd settle for a stripped-back 'Breaking Free.' Featuring Zac Efron.
