This year’s X Factor line up looks set to be the best one EVER with news that Sharon, Louis and Dermott are all coming back to the talent competition.

And things just got even more exciting.

Because according to The Sun, some SHAMAZING news has just dropped about Nicole Scherzinger. She has apparently signed a ‘million-pound deal’ with the X Factor to return as a judge on this year’s show. And we literally cannot wait.

Is this set to be the most opinionated judging panel that the show has ever had? We really hope so.

Nicole first graced the X Factor screens as a guest judge in 2010 and later got a permanent seat on the panel in 2012 alongside Gary Barlow, Tulisa and Louis Walsh. She was such an amazing addition – anyone remember the ‘Vagina & Big Hairy Balls’ song? – that we were gutted when she first left.

And despite recently being cast in a Broadway production of Cats, the Pussycat Dolls singer has bowed out of the musical in order to be re-throned on the X Factor.

However, not all parties were excited by the switcharoo, least of all Andrew Lloyd Webber who had a good rant to The Economist.

“A week before we go into rehearsal on Broadway… she calls me and tells me she’s decided to do X Factor,” the composer said.

“But never mind, there will be another girl on Broadway and Nicole won’t get her Tony Award.”

OUCH.

She might not be in line for a Tony, but she is sure to entertain fans with her hilarious one-liners and her sassy ‘tude.

So we say YAY.
