So remember waaaaaaay back when Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian were BFF’s? And Kim was Paris’ wardrobe assistant? And Kim would be papped just because she was with Paris?
Well time sure has changed now.
Kimmy K is one of THE most followed people in the world, is married to someone who has plentyyyyyyy of Twitter rants (Kanye West) and frequently gets naked on Instagram. But it looks like Paris is knocking Kim down a few pegs.
Remember Kayne’s song Famous? You know the one where he says:
“I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why, I made that bitch famous / God damn / I made that bitch famous.”?
Yeah that one, well Kanye being a creative genius featured a WHOLE load of celebs in the video but an Instagram user decided to change it a little bit.
The Instagram user posted a photo and switched Taylor Swift’s face for Paris’ face. He captioned the post: “Well… This made me crack up! @parishilton you’re the best! Kanye, before judging artists and celebrities, you should check out your home first!”
And Paris liked the photo, so much shade.
This wouldn’t be the first time Paris has hinted that she made Kim famous. Paris has previously said: “We’ve known each other since we were little girls, we’ve always been friends, it’s nice to inspire people.
“I am really proud of her and what she’s done.”
This also isn’t the first time people have pointed out that Kim is famous for reasons other than her talent. (You know her talent - famous for her DASH stores, her reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, her app, getting naked on Instagram, the usual.)
Whether it was down to Paris, that sex tape or Keeping Up With The Kardashians we’re happy we have Kim in our lives. Where would we be without Kim’s Krazy pregnancy scare Snapchats, face swaps with her daughter North West or her promise of nude selfies until she dies.
