THIS CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR TONIGHT'S EPISODE OF BIG BROTHER
It's safe to say Big Brother housemate Jason Burrill is having a bit of a bloody mare at the moment. In last week's annihilation extravaganza (AKA the most stressful week in BB history that we swear we're still getting flashbacks from), he won a task in which he got to both nick £20,000 from the prize fund and throw one of his fellow housemates out the house. Brutal AF, right?
You'll probably remember that he decided to evict Lateysha Grace. It's pretty difficult to forget due to the ensuing ruckus – she was pretty popular in there, it transpired. Everyone inevitably turned on J (bar Andy, obv), and he has since been having a pretty awkward time – arguing, getting majorly booed on the eviction show – y'know, the usual Big Brother nightmares.
And it looks like it's going to get EVEN WORSE in tonight's episode. His bad mood starts when Andy reads headlines from outside as part of a task, and he finds out that Lateysha called him the biggest game player in the house (is it just us or does that insult feel kinda overused in there?).
He later asks his fellow housemates how to play the game, to which Andy responds with: "Trying to be everyone's friend, never giving a definite opinion… Only simple thing to trying not to get nominated." So basically Jason then.
He then claims that he understands why Lateysha called him a game player, and says: “The whole thing has got me down, I’m trying to keep calm… I’m getting to the point that I’ll explode.”
Later in the diary room, emotional J gets even more so. He says: “I’m trying to be as honest as I can. I ain’t proud to say that I’ve cried on telly in front of people… It's hard in here.”
He later reveals in the smoking area that he's "borderline cracking", while Alex and Andy reassure him.
Is it just us, or is this series of Big Brother WAY more tense than usual?
Hopefully Celebrity Big Brother will be a welcome relief…
