Vicky Pattison had a bit of a shocker on Valentine's Day last week. The former Geordie Star started off the day tweeting that she would be spending it in hospital.

But it wasn't all doom and gloom as Vicky and her boyfriend John Noble confirmed there was absolutely no trouble in paradise as they shared some very affectionate posts on social media during her hospital stay.

Beneath a picture of her and her boyfriend John Noble sharing a lil' kiss, she wrote: "Happy Valentines to you all but most of all to my favourite human @johnnoblejn!!! I can't believe we're spending valentines in the hospital. I'm so sorry but as long as I'm with you I am the happiest girl in the world! Love you to the moon and back…"

John also took to Instagram to gush about his relationship with Vicky and comment how their day hadn't really gone to plan.

Taking a selfie with Vicky on her hospital bed he said: "Not the valentines we had planned but at least shes got me! I mean at least she's ok [sic]"

Vic also sparked rumours that John had popped the BIG question the other day when she shared a picture which seemed to feature a lot of engagement cards.

HMMM. Vicky quickly pointed out that the picture was taken at a friends home, but now she has spoken out about her future with John and seems happier than ever.

Speaking to the Daily Star, the I'm A Celeb 2015 winner revealed: "I couldn’t be happier and nothing I’ve ever experienced before comes close to this feeling."

However, Vicky has put a stop to any talk about kids, saying: "They get on my t***.

"I love him [John] and his company but I’m not prepared to carry something for nine months which would then ruin my body, steal my career and destroy my vagina."

Lol fairs.
