The Pete Wicks sexting scandal has descended to a new level of horror as his ex, Jaqui Ryland, claims that Pete was using Megan McKenna.
Way to kick a woman when she's down.
Two weeks ago, it emerged that Pete had been having a full blown textual affair with his ex, even messaging her when he was on holiday with Megan, when Jacqui told her story to The Sun.
Megan said that she'd known Pete was messaging behind her back and the couple had hoped to work things out – before she discovered the full extent of Pete's text unfaithfulness.
Now Jacqui seems to have further twisted the knife by saying that she'd never bought into the TOWIE golden couple.
"I think from her point of view it was 100 per cent genuine, but from his, not so much," she said.
"[Pete] thought, ‘The public are loving this – let me do more with it’," she told new! magazine.
"The public thought he was some kind of saint and he's not at all."
But will Pegan ever reunite? heat spoke to their cast mate and all round good guy Bobby Norris who told us that his psychic powers informed him they would be back together in four or five weeks.
But we're finding this hard to believe (sorry, Bobs).
Megan has posted a message to Twitter that seems to throw some pretty serious shade at Pete, and we can't say we blame her.
She's also deleted all traces of his face (his wrist remains) from her Instagram account – a very 2016 sign of a break up.
Pete broke his social media silence yesterday following the news of his textual affair breaking, and it was very sad.
The TOWIE star tweeted a picture of his dog, Ernest, who sadly went to the great park in the sky earlier in the year.
He's subsequently tweeted about doing PAs at a Monday night party in Watford, mind. So it's not all doom and gloom in #TeamPete. Possibly quite a lonely team to be in RN.
