It’s summer, it’s hot, and the last thing Kieran Hayler needs in this weather is someone slagging off his shirtless dad bod.
Except it doesn’t look like Alex Reid, ex-boyfriend of Kieran’s wife Katie Price, got that memo. Instead he’s gone full savage on the stripper by mocking him and offering him free personal training advice on Twitter.
Ouch.
Alex, who runs his own personal training company called Alex Reid Training (original hun), tweeted a pic of himself looking buffed up with the caption: “Everyone at @alexreidpt would be happy to offer @KieranHayler a complimentary online training package to look like me lol. @MissKatiePrice.”
The personal trainer then took the pettiness to the next level by retweeting the post from his own account, sending a message to ex-girlfriend Katie Price : “Hey @MissKatiePrice, u can also get a freebie for a retweet hahahahah”.
Alex’s message follows the recent publication of snaps which show a tired looking Kieran strolling topless on the beach.
According to the Daily Mail Kieran recently said that he is not ashamed on his less toned appearance: “I had to have an amazing body, that’s what the women paid for.
“Now I am happy at home and comfortable. I don’t want to go the gym six times a week and have an immaculate diet.
“I’m so happy now I can eat whatever I want.
“I’m not in bad shape. But I’m happier now spending time with the kids – I don’t want to be stuck in the gym!”
