You'll remember Renee Graziano as one of the biggest characters on Celebrity Big Brother recently, coming in third overall.
Pretty good considering we hadn't heard too much about her before her stint on the show.
But, sadly, it's now been reported that the Mob Wives star has checked into a treatment facility to deal with her depression.
Renee's sister Jenn Graziano – who is also her manager – revealed: "She is back in Florida. She is getting treatment that stems from her depression and some things that she has to work out.
"I can’t get into detail. It’s a personal thing. But basically she is getting treated for depression and she’s trying to work it out," she told Radar Online.
"She’s been battling depression for a while and this kind of treatment digs a little deeper than what she’s done in the past. So, I’m hoping she stays as long as she needs."
Earlier this week, Renee seemed positive on social media, tweeting: "Life is wonderful."
It is thought she has been staying at Summer Detox House in Miami, with reports suggesting she will be there for around a month.
It's no secret that the reality star has battled demons in the past – most notably putting herself through rehab on TV during Mob Wives.
But the show has since been cancelled, and Renee hinted on Twitter that she could be struggling to find work.
"A real friend walks in when the work walks out .." she wrote last month.
Renee has spoken candidly in the past about her struggles.
"I suffer from insomnia, severe depression, anxiety, separation anxiety – those are the things that are clinical, on paper," she told Everyday Health.
