Simon Cowell has been dealt a HUGE blow as Rita Ora has bowed out of her place on The X Factor judging panel, despite Simon being desperate to keep her on the show.
Rita, 25, has done a Cheryl and is said to have made the decision so she can focus on other committments.
Well she is a rather busy laydee.
An X Factor source revealed to The Sun:
"Losing Rita is a huge blow – she’s one of the biggest stars in the country and Simon wanted her to return.
"She was very keen to do the show but at the end of the day it didn’t work out with her other commitments around the world in music and acting.
"It means we’re going to have to go through the biggest shake-up in the history of X Factor, but maybe it will turn out for the best."

Rita joins a long line of X Factor defectors this year. Ever so recently people's princess Chezza announced she was leaving to focus on her music/smooching with her boyf Liam Payne.Fellow judge Nick Grimshaw said one series was enough and presenters Olly Murs and Caroline Flack are also out.
So that leaves Simon all on his tod.
However, there's loads of speculation surrounding who could fill the vancant seats. With 1D's Louis Tomlinson and Sharon Osbourne tipped to be the first to fill the void.
Rita could always come back in the future. Cheryl's done it. Sharon Osbourne's done it. Louis Walsh has done it. Simon's got that kinda hold over people.
