There's a new fitness trend taking over, and it sounds like something we could really get on board with.
Cadbury are leading the way with a pioneering fitness class, created to train your mind and body for the most important of tasks. Eating chocolate.
It's basically an exercise class for your jaw. Yep - a Jaw Gym Class.
Leading the intese jaw cardio class is radio DJ Roman Kemp, so we thought we'd take to opportunity to chat to him and find out what on earth it's all about. We also quizzed him on all things chocolate and tested his knowledge of the Romans. 'Cos why not eh?
Hey Roman, tell us about this Jaw Gym class then, what's it all about?
I'm helping out with the Jaw Gym Class, working alongside Cadbury's for their new big taste bar.It's great fun, I'm conducting a class of people.
I'm the instructor.They asked me how did I want to go about it. And there's only one instructor that I've listened to in my life and that's Mr Miyagi.
So, I've kinda gone down the route of a karate class. It's very funny.
How important is it to exercise your jaw?
VERY. It comes in handy across all aspects of life.
How often do you exercise your jaw?
Oh, every day.
Which celebrity would you most like to invite to your Jaw Gym Class?
Oh, it's got to be someone with a strong jaw.
Who's got a strong jaw?
Dermot [O'Leary]'s got a good old jaw line on him. He'd be great at it. He's a fit bloke.
What exercises are you getting your Jaw Gym students to do?
A log of spelling out words. Certain words you can have a lot of fun with. I get them to spell out as much as possible of a really long sentence. I just get a whole room full of people to just say 'yum' over and over again.
My favourite part of the class is trying to mentally prepare people to be ready for this new Big Taste bar. And mentally training people to eat a chocolate bar is quite a strange thing to do.
What's your chocolate bar eating technique? Do you suck the chocolate first or do you go straight in with a big ol' bite?
It depends on the bar. For a good, classic Cadbury's bar I'm a bit OCD. I like going square-by-square. And it has to be refrigerated well, too. Chocolate on a hot day is not a good thing.
If you were a chocolate bar, what chocolate bar would you be?
I'd be a Freddo. Slowly rising in value, the dark days are coming…
If heat were a chocolate bar, what chocolate bar would we be?
A Wispa Gold. Classic but a bit fancy.
Who would you share your last chocolate bar with?
Umm, it's got to be Rita Ora. She knows my adoration for her, so it would have to be her.
OK, so if Rita Ora was a chocolate bar, what chocolate bar would Rita Ora be?
She's a classic flake fan, so she'd be a flake. And she's been flaking on all of our dates.
What do you think about all the new crazy flavours of chocolate bar around these days?
I'm a big fan. I'm a huge fan of peanut butter, so anything with that in I love.
Would you judge someone on their chocolate bar tastes?
Oh, 100%.
If you were on a date with someone and they said their favourite chocolate bar was a Bourneville, what would you say?
I wouldn't say much at all, that would be the end of that. How do you come back from that?
Bourneville, no way. But, I mean, I like an After Eight.

This one's a tough one. Avoid Caesar, he's got previous. There's too much baggage.
Hmm, Claudius is the one that I could match the most with. I used to have a girlfriend called Augusta, so I'll snog Augustus and marry Claudius.
Could always change his name to Claudia over time.

OK, let's go back to Roman history for a bit. What's your favourite thing about the Romans?
A fact? OK, so you know the Roman statues we see today, right? They're grey. Well, they were actually painted and colourful but the paint has faded away over time. And they only found that out really recently.
