Since the birth of their daughter James in December last year, Ryan and Blake have kept their new life very private and have yet to share a photo themselves with their little one.

Telling the magazine how the betrayal felt, he said: "It was like death. It was like one of those devastating things to find out."

Blake and Ryan at The Angel Ball in New York, last October.

And as Ryan had only shared pictures of James to a small number of family and friends he admits it was easy to find out who the culprit was.

"He had been shopping pictures of my baby around," he said. "I kind of got in front of it, which is good. But it was a slightly dark period. A bad couple of weeks."

The 38-year-old disclosed that he had a "strongly-worded conversation" with his so-called friend but added he would no longer continue to keep a friendship with this man: "I don't think he thought he would ever be caught.

"But it's a pretty narrow group of people that I would send photos like that to. They're just, like, my closest family and my closest friends."

And rightly so, that's what you get for "shopping around" pictures of your friend's baby...you get CUT OFF.
