Did anyone else see that mega awks chat between Sam Thompson and Amelia-Lily on last night’s Celebrity Big Brother?!
Our skin is still crawling thinking about it now, tbh.
The pair have been virtually inseperable in the BB house, and it’s certainly looked a like romance was blossoming between them, so when Sam pretty much ran for the hills after Amelia admitted she was “besotted” with him, the internet was NOT impressed.
In a cringeworthy chat in the garden, Amelia told Sam, Derek Akorah and Sean Williamson that she was excited for the Made in Chelsea heart-throb to meet her parents.
She said: "You know what I'm really excited about? Is my mum and dad getting to meet him on Friday night.
"I'm just going to warn you Sam - they're pretty protective right now!"
"It's actually my mum you'll have a hard time with if not my dad. My dad will be like 'you know.”
Awww. How adorbz.
However viewers were quick to notice that Sam looked raaather uncomfortable throughout the whole conversation, and later in the diary room he admitted: "She was going on about how much she can't wait for me to meet her parents and this that and the other thing.
"I'm like 'I will meet your parents and I'm going to try my best for them to like me and stuff because you never know what's going to happen in the future.
"But at that moment I was like 'slow down', you know what I mean?"
Eeeeeek.
On Twitter, people were absolutely FUMING with Sam for leading Amelia on. One user wrote, “Sam is a dick, if he's not that into it he should tell her!! Not making a fool of the poor girl,” while another added, “Shouldn't #Sam just tell her it was all a game , instead of embarrassing her further?”
Some fans even speculated that Sam would rather be getting with fellow housemate Jemma Lucy.
Uh oh. With all the drama going on with ex gf Tiffany Watson on Made in Chelsea, the last thing Sam needs is more relationship drama.
