After sending an emotional message to her former Girls Aloud bandmates from the Celebrity Big Brother diary room, Sarah Harding's claimed Cheryl Tweedy knows how to 'work' the press; especially when it comes to interest in her baby Bear Payne.
In a pretty open conversation with Amelia Lily, Sarah says 'savvy' Cheryl knows exactly what she's doing when it comes to manipulating the media.
When Amelia Lily asks 'She’s quite private isn’t she, Cheryl?' Sarah in footage airing tonight, Sarah replies: "She tries to be.
"She just knows how to work it when she wants to, when she wants to be seen she is, and when she doesn’t, she makes sure she isn’t. like with the whole baby thing. She just plans things meticulously."
Cheryl obviously announced 'the whole baby thing' via a L'Oréal campaign, before chucking a photo of Liam Payne and said baby on Instagram amid MASS HYSTERIA.

This all comes as Sarah admits she misses Cheryl, Kimberley Walsh, Nadine Coyle and Nicola Roberts, saying: "Nobody really tells you what to do when you've been up there for a majority of years. You've had a lot of crazy life changing scenarios happen during that time and then all of a sudden it's gone.
"I hugely underestimated how big we were because I was in a bubble.
"I do miss them. I do miss them - but we are all grown up now. Most of them are getting married and having kids, which is what I want to do."
