Never, repeat, NEVER get into a Twitter feud with JK Rowling.
Nobody has ever come out of one with their dignity.
What do people expect from the author of quite literally the best books in the world.
Someone who didn't get this memo is Piers Morgan.
It all started when JK Rowling tweeted: “Yes, watching Piers Morgan being told to f**k off on live TV is exactly as satisfying as I'd always imagined.”
Piers then decided to hit back that he was glad he'd never read a Harry Potter book. Which is probably not true because EVERYONE IN THE WORLD has read Harry Potter, surely?
It all massively kicked off and Piers Morgan's ACTUAL SON got involved and seemingly took JK Rowling's side (see more here), and now a book shop has started trolling Piers by tweeting him the entirety of the first Harry Potter book.
Seriously – we are dying.
North London's Big Green bookshop began the tweets with "Mr. and Mrs. Dursley, of number four, Privet Drive, were proud to say that they were perfectly normal, thank you very much."
This was on February 11.
AND THEY'RE STILL GOING.
At the time of writing, they're on 214 on 32567 tweets – and only on page 10.
Whoever does the marketing for this shop deserves 2492929 galleons, seriously.
