We really can't keep up with the whole Jeremy McConnell and Stephanie Davis saga. It looked as though things were getting back on track for the on/off couple after Jeremy confirmed he was the father of Steph's son, Caben-Albi.
They were working together to co-parent Caben, Jez had moved to Liverpool to be close to Steph and the baby, and there were even reports that they were rekindling their romance.
However, things took a turn for the worst when it was revealed Jeremy would be taking part in the next season of Ex On The Beach.
Jeremy was recently arrested on suspicion of assault and Steph was named in reports as his victim. He has since been released and reportedly returned to Ireland.
Merseyside Police issued the following statement: "The 27-year-old man arrested earlier today [Thursday 16th March] on suspicion of assault and criminal damage has been released pending a disposal decision."
Now, it appears Stephanie has made a point to showing she's no longer wearing the promise ring Jeremy had bought her on her 24th birthday.
She'd previously been spotted wearing it out and about, sparking rumours Steph was still hoping to make things work with Jez.
In her Snapchat, Stephanie posed with her hand clearly in view sans the £49 Swarovksi band Jeremy had gifted her.
While these pics seem to send out a clear message to Jeremy, a source has told The Sun, Steph is still hoping to reconcile with Jeremy.
"Steph is desperate to reunite with Jeremy and for them to raise Caben-Albi as a proper family."
