We have basically been in love with Idris Elba since the first time we saw him in Luther, and our feelings have pretty much been getting stronger ever since.
SO IMAGINE OUR EXCITEMENT when we saw that he'd done a shirtless and sweaty work out and documented it on Instagram for us all to marvel at.
