Earlier this week, it was reported that Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant with her fourth child.

According to US website Radar Online, Kourtney is in the "early stages" of pregnancy and is at present "just telling close friends".

Kourtney and Scott already have children Mason, 7, Penelope, 4, Reign, 2, together.

A source told the publication: "They are working it out for the sake of the child and neither one of them is seeing anyone else right now."

Kourtney has now taken to Snapchat to massively tease the news, posting a pic of baby shoes with the caption "baby"

So we're guessing the rumours are true…

This comes after she posted a short clip of a photograph of her pregnant body, which is probably an old photo – but is still veeery suspicious if you ask us.

In (sort of) related news, Kourt's sister, Kendall Jenner, has hit back at reports she's had plastic surgery.

Kendall has been subject to much speculation about going under the knife, after various pics and videos emerged of her lips looking fuller than usual.

She wrote on her app: "It's all so exhausting. As a model, why would I have my face reconstructed?

It doesn't even make sense. It's crazy because sometimes I feel like people just want me to lose.

"I never wear lip liner or lipstick unless it's the occasional obvious red - and when I say never, I mean even when I'm doing a nude lip, it's basically just gloss!

"All of a sudden, photos of us came out with headlines like, 'OMG, Kendall got her lips done and got full facial reconstruction - look at her cheekbones, look at her nose!' I was like, this is CRAZY."
