The news of Ferne's pregnancy first broke last weekend as her ex-boyfriend and father of her baby Arthur Collins was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following an acid attack at London's Mangle E8 club on April 17th.

Now the TOWIE star's friends have expressed their concerns for their pal and are reportedly worried she's 'isolating herself' after the shock news.

According to The Sun Online, even Ferne's closest friends had no idea she was pregnant, with one admitting: "We had no idea. It’s really worrying – we don’t know what she’s going to do now, it’s really sad, we’re all here for her but she’s not speaking to anyone.

"We don’t even know where she is."

Another source reportedly told the newspaper: "She wouldn’t have wanted it to be like this. It’s really sad… she isn’t getting to celebrate being pregnant like other first time mum’s – she doesn’t deserve this, she is a lovely girl and she deserves only happiness."

Ferne McCann and Arthur Collins

After deleting all traces of her ex from social media, the TOWIE star is apparently intending to raise her baby on her own, and no longer wishes to discuss Arthur.

Ferne's rep previously told OK!: "Ferne is grateful for the sympathetic way news of her pregnancy has been covered and people's support and obviously her first concern is for her child's health.

"Accordingly she does not wish to discuss the pregnancy further given the early stage it is at and the immense strain that Ferne is currently under.

"Nor does she wish to discuss her ex-boyfriend who she does not recognise from the events of the last week.

"Ferne is in no way seeking sympathy for her situation and is determined to do all she can to have a happy and heathy child and face the challenges of being a single parent with all her energy. Her thoughts are with the victims of the horrific attack on Easter Monday."

We just hope you're OK, Ferne hun!
