Jake Hall has really been through the wars lately - The Only Way Is Essex star became embroiled in a huge fight in Spain last month and was stabbed with a broken bottle.
The reality hunk was rushed to hospital where he was treated in intensive care and was lucky not to have lost the use of a kidney as a result of his injuries.
Just days after he was pictured recovering in a hospital bed, model Jake has shared a video in which he can be seen enjoying a short walk in the corridor on his ward.
In the clip he looks healthy and happy as he emerges from a room topless while wearing a pair of blue hospital pyjamas.
Posting the image on Instagram, he wrote: “Today was the best feeling in the world being able to have a little walk.”
Jake gave a thumbs up in a picture taken as he rested in his hospital bed last week which he posted online in a bid to reassure fans he was doing well.
He wrote: “Thank you so much to everyone’s amazing support and getting me through this. I’m getting better thanks to everyone.
“Can’t get rid of me that easily.”
Jake became embroiled in the fight which left him injured last month at the Aqwa Mist nightclub in Marbella.
Witnesses told how two groups of men, one from London and one from Liverpool, started trying to attack each other with broken glass bottles.
“It was like something out of the Wild West,” an insider told the Daily Mirror.
“The problems started earlier in the day during a spray party at the Ocean Club when a bottle thrown by a group of men from London hit the girlfriend of one of the Liverpudlians.
“The Londoners had already been causing mayhem by playing a stupid game at a party the day before when they were smashing bottles over each other’s heads.
“It kicked off for real in Aqwa Mist. Jake was with the Liverpudlians who are well known in the area and he suffered a very bad injury.”
Holiday makers told how they saw Jake running from the club covered in blood.
One onlooker told the Daily Record: “We saw it. Jake ran out of Aqwa Mist as we were walking in, and into a car. Blood was everywhere.
“Thought we weren’t going to get in but they just got a hose out and washed away blood.”
Another witness tweeted: “Still can’t believe we were with Jake Hall the other night and watched him get stabbed.
“Most shocking and terrifying thing I have ever seen.”
