Some Harmonizers saw it coming, what with her Machine Gun Kelly collab Bad Things slaying the charts across the pond in the USA, and now Camila Cabello's officially left Fifth Harmony.
Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane Hansen, Lauren Jauregui and Normani Kordei announced the news on their socials; explaining that Camila's 'representatives' informed them she'd 'decided to leave' the band. Sort of shady but, hey, that's none of our business.
ANYWAY, now the 5H girls have apprently unfollowed Camila on Twitter as it's revealed she actually jumped ship the very day her contract expired. Not messing about, is she?
The girls' official announcement explains: "After 4 and a half yearsof being together, we have been informed via her representatives that Camila has decided to leave Fifth Harmony. We wish her well,"
Ahem.
The statement continues: "We are excited for our future, and we can't wait for what the new year brings. Harmonizers, we are in this together. We love you with all of our hearts."
Camila's last performance with 5H was at Y100 Miami's Jingle Ball, and it sounds like the girls aren't too fussed about staying in touch with her in the future. She left the band on what was reportedly the day her contract expired, with the band's official Twitter account unfollowing her after the news broke.
Oh, bloody hell.
We could do a round-up of fans' reactions at this point, but to cut a long story short they range from support for Camila to alliance with the rest of the band and some are even trolling Camila's manager Roger Gold for allegedly PERSUADING CAMILA TO LEAVE AND RUINING EVERYTHING.
