If you're up to date with *Big Brother *(which, obviously you should be), you'll know that the house was yesterday hit with a SHOCK DOUBLE EVICTION. Seriously – this series just cannot get enough of horrible, scary evictions. It's made us nervous.

In last night's episode, Sam Giffen and Alex Bowen were thrown out of the house after being found to be the least popular by the public.

This is exciting for two reasons. One – Sam is out and he was kinda boring, two – Alex is out meaning he can GET IT OOOONNN with Vicky Pattison.

OK – we have no proof whatsoever this is going to happen, but we have lots and lots and lots of grounds for speculation.

First – they're best mates, did Judge Geordie together and have SO MUCH CHEMISTRY. Second – Vicky CONFESSED HER LOVE FOR HIM ON LOOSE WOMEN, which is obviously how all love stories start. Third – they have been writing some very flirty messages on Twitter, which is totally the millennial version of shouting sweet nothings from a balcony.

Vicky tweeted: "Devastated that @alexcannon247 has been evicted but beyond proud of him and everything he had achieved! Best phonecall ever.. Love you kid" accompanied by a heart emoji. A HEART EMOJI, GUYS.

Alex tweeted back: "Ah man so good to speak to you again haven't laughed like that in weeks. Back at it, let's go babe #cannonandpattz.

We're scratching our heads over the "let's go" part. WHERE ARE THEY GOING? For drinks? To dinner? Marbs? To start of the road of their long and happy lives together?

We're really hoping Alex hasn't heard about Vicky's rumoured new man…

By the looks of it, Al has been on an absolute MAD 1 with Sam since being evicted from the house.

He snapchatted himself saying: "we're out and about, what's happening folks?" By the looks of it, not much at all was happening – as he followed it up a vid showing him saying: "Just pacing around the carpark getting my head together" while pacing around a car park. BIG NIGHT, EH?
