Everyone who's ever been in the Geordie Shore house has always come out counting themselves as part of the family – and it looks like those feelings of loyalty stay with you even years after you leave the show.

That's the impression we got from Vicky Pattison when we caught up with her at her new book signing this week.

Vicky, who's book The Real Me is out now, told heat that while she would never, ever go back to the show that made her a household name, she has a f*ck-ton of respect for her old castmates and their partying ways.

"I'm done with that part of my life," she confirmed to us.

"Geordie Shore was an amazing chapter. I've got an admiration for them going out every night all over Europe. It looks like a great time but I couldn’t keep up with them now."

Speaking of their wild nights out, is Vicky ever tempted to slip back into her old ways?

"Since leaving Geordie Shore I drink less so the volume of hangovers is less," Vicky laughed.

"Time has gone on and since I've gotten older the hangovers have gotten worse. That's why I can't go back to Geordie Shore, I would be struggling. Now I go out for drinks on a Wednesday and still feel the effects on the Sunday!"

But she did have a message for her old BFF Charlotte Crosby, who earlier this year suffered a tragic ectopic pregnancy with Gary Beadle's baby.

"I've sent her some messages as she's really been through the wars," Vicky explained.

"She knows I'm always here for her. She's resilient though, she's a tough cookie. She's has a shit year and she'll come out the other side. I have faith in her."

SOB.

Vicky also revealed to heat that she's ready to go back into the jungle – so could we see her in I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! for a second year running?

"I'd love to go back to Australia and get involved with the I'm A Celeb… Now! gig. I'm not ready to let go of the jungle yet. I left my heart in Australia. I want to get out there and hang out with Ant and Dec," Vicky added.

Catch even more Vicky in this week's heat mag, out today.
