We don’t know about you, but the rumours that Love Island’s Chris Hughes and Olivia Attwood have split up have been STRESSING US OUT.
The world has already had to deal with one Love Island break-up this week, and we’re just not prepared for another.
It was first rumoured that Chris and Olivia were on the rocks at the weekend, after Olivia was spotted cosying up to her footballer ex at Faces nightclub.
A source told The Sun at the time: "Chris has told his close friends it's all over.
"He's furious and heartbroken to see her all over someone else.
"It’s clear that they are more than just mates, so he’s dumped her."
But hitting back against the rumours, Chris said on Instagram: “Come to support my girl on her new project, exciting opportunity for her! Proud of how far she's come in this short space of time, deserves every opportunity that comes her way.
"Regarding other aspect of today, manipulation is powerful in the public eye. She's been a princess to me ever since we landed back in the UK, and I don't blame people for judging as it's the world we live in, but understand I'm not naive to this situation.
"Unfortunately Olivia put herself in this position unintentionally, nobody understands the situation like ourselves, and that's the main point behind today."
And now Olivia has seemingly tweeted about the situation, writing: “Make no mistake I know what I have. Chris is everything people think he is and so much more. He puts up with this wild child like a hero”.
She followed it up with: “Also would be amazing if you woke up now Hun @chrishughes_22”.
So we’re guessing they’re still very much in lurrrrrve.
