He won The X Factor last year and bagged a feature on Enrique Iglesias and Sean Paul's Súbeme la Radio remix; but now Matt Terry's got his sights set on finding love on Channel 4's Celebrity First Dates.
The show returns to our tellyboxes this autumn, and Matt's set to join 15 other celeb-types hoping to find the one via the medium of reality TV. Oh, it's gonna be good.
Speaking to The Sun, a source said: "Matt has been single for some time now and would really like to meet someone serious – he’s definitely up for trying his luck on reality TV.
"His mates think it’s a great idea and his family are fully supporting him."
Apparently self-confessed 'hopeless single' Matt filmed his scenes at London's now-infamous First Dates restaurant, Paternoster Chop House, last week despite those rumours he was getting close to Spanish singer Ana Mena a few weeks back.
The pair hit the studio together last month, but it seems their relationship's strictly professional now Matt's looking for love on telly. Fingers crossed for him, eh?
