Perfect-lipped singer and haver of the world's most illegal beard Zayn Malik has claimed his former One Direction bandmates never reached out to him after he quit the group in March 2015.
In an interview with NME, the 23-year-old shrugged off questions about his relationship with the rest of the band – Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson – and said Liam was the only one who ever stayed in touch.
"I'm still probably the closest to Liam," he said.
"We talk on the phone. He congratulated me on my single [Pillowtalk], which was nice. I congratulated him on his Brit award. It was a good chat. We haven't met up in a long time so we want to meet up."
But, he went on, he hasn't even seen the rest of his group since he quit.
"I tried to have contact but nobody's reached out. So... whatever."
Eeesh.
It's come during an interesting week for Zayn – his first solo album, Mind Of Mine, is out on Friday 25 March, meaning he's been ramping up the interviews and dishing all kinds of dirt about his life in 1D.
Dirt like not actually being allowed to grow a beard while he was in the band. We know!
And dirt like the actual, REAL reason why he broke up with Perrie Edwards last summer.
But nothing on how Harry and Louis are secret lovers whose couple name is Larry Stylinson. Because that would be MADNESS, wouldn't it.
