Forget bloody Cold Water; 'cause Justin Bieber's landed himself in some hot water once again after that alleged attack on a photographer in Argentina back in 2013.

According to reports, Biebs has been formally indicted on robbery causing minor injuries after he supposedly ordered his bodyguard to beat up a photographer outside a Buenos Aires nightclub before nicking his money and property.

Oh gahd.

Apparently Justin could be arrested on sight if he's seen in Argentina, meaning he can't actually take his Purpose World Tour there. In May of this year, he explained to fans that 'legal conditions' mean he's unable to play there after a warrent for his arrest was issued in April.

Why? 'Cause he failed to face the allegations in court.

This all comes after Justin was accused of disgracing Argentina's national flag, something that could carry a prison sentence of up to four years, back in 2013; taking to Twitter to apologise for being a bit of a dick.

A source told TMZ that Justin's lawyers are gonna appeal the indictment and hope the appeals court judges will agree it's all just a 'publicity grab by the judge.' Hmm.
