We’ve all been there. Waking up confused in last night’s clothes, possibly on the sofa, probably covered in chips and some miscellaneous horrible sauce, and almost definitely full of confusion and regret.
We call it ‘the fear’.
Rylan Clark-Neal experienced the fear last Tuesday, after he got ABSOLUTELY TWADDLED at the TV Choice Awards.

It all happened because he met a friend on the street in the day beforehand, and they both went on the absolute sesh in the run up to his arrival.
He then was just generally a mess the whole time, and forced the This Morning team to do an interview 15 times because he was so drunk during filming. We love him so much.
Holly and Phil then took the piss out of him in the next morning’s show, it was fab.
And now he’s spoken out about his behaviour, revealing he’s a lil bit embarrassed.
"I just had such a great night, and you know when you walk outside and the flashes and everything, I was like, 'F**k I need to go home.'
"It obviously just hit me that I'd had a drink,” he continued to The Mirror TV.
"But the shame, seeing all the papers the next morning, I was like, 'Oh god, I was having a fag outside, I wasn't f**king sick'.
Oh, Rylan, PLEASE take us on a night out.
