Our return to work after a glorious long weekend has been made (slightly) easier by the wonderful news that Lady Gaga has been FaceTiming ACTUAL Prince William. Yep.
As part of his Heads Together campaign, the Duke of Cambridge video called Lady Gaga aka Steffani Germanotta to discuss how to combat the stigma surrounding mental health.
The video chat was filmed and posted on Kensington Palace's official Twitter account and both Gaga and Wills seemed pretty thrilled to be speaking to eachother.
To start off the convo we'd least expected to hear ever in our lives Lady Gaga opened with "Hello Prince William" and the prince replied, "Hello Lady Gaga."
The pair then went on to discuss the benefits of discussing mental health and Lady Gaga gushed: "I am so grateful to speak to you. I’m a very big fan of what you’ve done with Heads Together… It reminded me how much my mental health changing changed my life."
Prince William then spoke about the campaign, lead by himself,Kate Middleton and Prince Harry, explaining: "Harry, Catherine and I felt this was an important area.
"Throughout all our charity work from veterans to homelessness, addiction, most of it seemed to stem back to mental health issues."
He also told Lady G that he'd read her open letter on mental health, saying: "I felt it was incredibly moving and very brave of you to write down such personal feelings and I wanted to ask you how you found speaking out and how it made you feel."
The singer had penned a letter detailing her own stuggles with her mental health, which she posted on the website for her Born This Way Foundation back in December.
Lady Gaga and Prince William also agreed to meet up in the UK when she's over in October. Prince William said: "It would be great if, when you’re over here, we could meet and have a chat about how much more we could do to tackle this."
Lady Gaga replied: "I would love that. We have to make the strongest, most relentless attempt we can to normalise mental health issues so that people feel they can come forward."
And then they waved goodbye to each other and we're not entirely sure whether this was all one big dream or whether we'd just witnessed greatest ever FaceTime call in the history of FaceTime.
