Vicky Pattison is set to make a return to the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle.

The former Geordie Shore star won the show last year and will now appear on the series spin-off show I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp.

She told The Sun: “Winning the jungle last year was the most incredible experience of my life. I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to my jungle experience just yet and luckily, after getting my dream job, I don’t have to.”

Vicky will appear alongside actor Joe Swash, singer Stacey Solomon and comedian Chris Ramsey on the programme.

Laura Whitmore, who previously fronted the show, quit as presenter a few months ago after five years.

A source previously said: “Vicky made no secret of the fact that she would love to replace Laura. But while she was always the front- runner, ITV took their time with the decision.

"It's only very recently that they have said they want her." The foursome will head Down Under later this year to host the newly named 'I'm A Celebrity: Extra Camp' as they're joined by famous guests and dish the dirt on the stars fighting for survival in the jungle.”

Vicky’s co-stars Stacey and Joe have both appeared on the show previously, with Joe winning in 2008 and Stacey winning in 2010.

On his return, Joe said: “I cannot wait to be back at my second home with a new gang of people. As always I'm sure this series will be the best one” yet.”
