There’s nothing we love more than a bit of Harry Potter news.

And we have been well and truly spoiled today.

The art-filled instalments of Philosopher’s Stone and Chamber of Secrets were released in 2015 and 2016, respectively.

The official illustrator of the Harry Potter series – Jim Kay – has turned his attention to the third book.

Which, as we all know is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

Obvs.

Scholastic and Bloomsbury have unveiled the magical new cover for the upcoming release.

As you can see, Kay has pulled out all the stops.

It features the Knight Bus, which is of course the triple-decker form of wizarding public transport that takes Harry from his aunt and uncle’s house to Diagon Alley.

Harry's first encounter with the magical bus is widely considered an iconic moment from Rowling's third book, so it comes as no surprise to see it on the cover.

Apart from the Knight Bus, there is no word on what illustrations may be in the Prisoner of Azkaban book, but, like all Harry Potter books, there are A LOT of possibilities.
