Jaymi Hensley slams CBB's Winston: ‘I am so disgusted he even exists – he’s a blatant homophobe’

Winston’s caused outrage on the Channel 5 show

When Winston McKenzie entered the Celebrity Big Brother house, he walked through the doors to a chorus of boos. And it’s not surprising.

In his opening VT, the former UKIP spokesperson said: “I could cope with a homosexual in the house - I guess I'll just have to and with my back against a brick wall all the time.”

OFCOM were flooded with complaints about the contestant and now Winston is favourite to leave the Channel 5 tonight.

Ahead of the eviction, heat spoke to Union J star Jaymi Hensley who told us he was sickened by Winston’s comments.

“I am so disgusted that a human being like this exists,” Jaymi tells us. “I don't think I have ever felt like this about someone. Winston has no respect for women, just look at the way he’s letching over Tiffany and Nancy. And those disgraceful comments about gay people – it’s blatant homophobia.”

Gay Rights Activist Philip Christopher Baldwin, who spoke to heat about Winston’s behaviour, echoed Jaymi’s view.

“These remarks are outrageous. They are dismissive, trivialising gay men by describing them as an irritation,” Philip says. “I’m surprised that Channel 5 decided to air the comments. It will be interesting to see how the regulator acts. The public may find further ways to penalise this cretin. Hopefully his reputation will be savaged and he will not thrive on the negative publicity.”

Sadly, we’re sure he’ll try.
