So, without any kind of warning, it appears that the nation's number one fave pasty provider, Greggs, have upped the price of their sausage rolls by 5p…

Hang about.

Greggs has long been our best bet for a quick, warm pasty on the go, with a store on literally every corner.

Whether you're flagging after several hours of shopping, out on a drizzly evening dog walk, or just having one of those days when you need ALL the food, nothing quite beats one of their crispy, golden pastries.

So it's no surprise that this news has left a lot of loyal customers absolutely fuming.

Greggs have said that it's all down to increased costs of some of their ingredients, and that they're still committed to great value for money.

Well, we sure hope this is the worst of it...
