You’ve heard that Thursday’s the new Friday, right? Good. ‘Cause we need to confess we’re nursing a whopper of a hangover here at heat towers. We’re struggling, and may or may not have just googled ‘can you die from a hangover?’. It’s a sorry state of affairs.

But we think we may have just found the perfect cure. A new food trend is taking the internet by storm and they sound right up our street.

Yorkshire. Pudding. Burritos.

Yep. You read that right. Too comfort food giants – the traditional Sunday roast and fast-food friendly burrito – have come together to form a meal fit for the Gods. A superfood, if you will.

It’s essentially a roast dinner rolled up into a burrito wrap, where the Yorkshire pudding takes the place of the flour tortilla and, yes, we’re salivating as we type.

So, you’re probably wondering where on earth you can get your greedy little hands on this divine specimen of culinary excellence.

Well, you can start by making the journey to York (the home of the Yorkshire pudding, makes sense really) and paying a visit to The York Roast Co.

You’ll be able to choose from a variety of roast-based fillings, including beef, turkey, ham or pork, as well as carrots, gravy and a variety of condiments.
