Let's take a breather from this year's CBB drama and cast our minds back to 2006: Big Brother 7, which featured some of the most memorable stars in the whole of BB history.
Nikki Grahame, Pete Bennett, Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, and of course loveable little 18-year-old Glyn Wise, the Welsh runner-up who won the hearts of the nation by admitting he didn't know how to boil an egg or wash his own clothes.
A whole ELEVEN YEARS LATER, let's take a look at how far young Glyn has come since his days as a fresh-faced lifeguard!
Who is Glyn Wise and what did he do during his BB stint?
Glyn was born in Blaenau Ffestiniog in Gwynedd, North Wales, and entered the house aged 18 - one of the youngest housemates to ever go on the show.
During his time there, he learnt to cook an egg for the first time, spoke in Welsh to housemate Imogen Thomas, accidentally dyed his hair ginger…and then went on to bag second place.
What else happened during Big Brother 7?
Big Brother 7 gave us drama queen Nikki Grahame, known for her brief romance with winner Pete Bennett - and for her infamous "Who IS she?" diary room tantrum. Then there was the relationship between Grace Adams-Short and Mikey Dalton - who are now married with two children, btw.
And here's a big throwback for you: remember Dawn Blake getting taken off the show for receiving a secret message from her family?!
What happened to Glyn after Big Brother?
After Big Brother Glyn worked in TV and radio, including regular slots on BBC Radio Cymru, as well as teaching Welsh at a secondary school.
And this might come as a shock to you but he also had a brief stint as a politician! That's right: last year Glyn stood as Plaid Cymru's candidate in Cardiff Central – he has since resigned from this position.
So what's he doing now? From his Instagram it seems he is travelling the world on a #gapyear, most recently pictured in the Philippines.
Can we find him on social media? Does Glyn have Twitter?
Yep. You can follow Glyn's travels via his Instagram @glynwise or Twitter @glynwise – but prepare to be jealous! Lots of exotic beach snaps and the like.
