Geordie Shore’s Gaz Beadle revealed yesterday that his girlfriend, Emma McVey, is pregnant.
And this morning, his ex Charlotte Crosby broke down in tears during an interview on Ireland AM as she thanked fans for their support following the announcement.
Last year, Charlotte nearly died after suffering an ectopic pregnancy while dating fellow co-star Gaz.
Gaz was away filming Ex On The Beach at the time - and their relationship ended after Charlotte discovered he had slept with someone else.
Opening up to Heat about what happened in an exclusive interview last year, Charlotte said: "I was heartbroken. Gary's hurt me a lot in the past, but this was a whole different type of hurt.
Speaking on Ireland AM this morning, Charlotte said: “Honestly I get so overwhelmed by all the support, it's just so amazing. I've gotten so many nice messages over the past couple of days.”
She added: “Not only just the situation with Gary but me and Stephen have had some hard times lately as well. I just can’t even describe how grateful I am for all the support.”
Charlotte said despite these “hard times” her Stephen are back on track.
She said she doesn’t speak to Gaz or any of the other Geordie Shore boys anymore – apart from Aaron Chalmers.
During her interview this morning Charlotte also opened up about her ectopic pregnancy, saying: “It wasn’t very nice, no. It wasn’t very nice. But obviously I came through the other end, I had a lot of great support from great people, but I’m moving on to bigger and better things.”
Gaz revealed his news on Instagram last night, posting a picture of him and Emma captioned: “SO SO SO excited to eventually be able to tell you all this... I AM GOING TO BE A DAD... WE ARE HAVING A BABY... I love kids and literally can't wait for this new adventure... argghhhh literally no words SOOOO HAPPY!!!”
