LA collided with Essex in the Celebrity Big Brother house back in January this year and it was AMAZING. Kardashian bezzie Jonathan Cheban and TOWIE's 'you ain't getting none of this candy' Gemma Collins bonded over fame, their opinions on the colour pink,fashion and reality telly.
It was beautiful. It really was.
When Jonathan opted to leave the house before his time was up, he told Lorraine all about his love for Gemma:
"We have such a great time together. She's such a funny girl. I definitely plan to keep in touch with her after the series finishes. I have friends all over the world and next time when I come to the UK, I would love to go out with her in Essex."
And unlike their fellow housemates Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell, who are now completely and utterly doomed, Gemma and Jonathan have kept their relationship alive.
They've been spotted shopping together, grabbing a bite to eat and Gemma was even planning to spend some time in LA to try and befriend the Kardashians.
Now we could beseeing waaaaaay more of these two on our telly box – coz they're rumoured to be joining forces for a Simple Life-esque reality show.
Jonathan told the Daily Mail: "We need the Gemma and Jonathan show, it’s like Paris and Nicole in The Simple life."
YES WE DO.
He also revealed the secret to their friendship: “We only knew each other really for six days but it’s like we knew each other our whole lives.
"We’re just exactly like each other in sense of humour. We’re a perfect match."
