Celebrity Big Brother’s Farrah Abraham SUING Janice Dickinson after CBBBOTS brawl

Farrah Abraham is suing Janice Dickinson for injuries she claims she sustained after the model threw a chair during a brawl that caused Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On The Side to be taken off the air.

The Teen Mom star and her fellow former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Janice have both been given police cautions for their parts in the fight but Farrah has decided to take things further.

A representative for the reality star said in a statement: “Farrah is taking a civil lawsuit against Janice for the back and neck injuries she caused Farrah.”

Farrah has shared a picture online of a bruise on her back and was also pictured in a wheelchair at a London hospital last week before making a quick recovery to spend time with fans at a meet and greet with at an adult shop in the city at the weekend.

The US star also said last week that she would be ‘pressing charges’ against former Big Brother housemate Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace who also got caught up in the brawl which saw the Celebrity Big Brother spin-off show taken off the air early, and resulted in fellow panellist, ‘Allo ‘Allo! actress Vicki Michelle, being taken to hospital.

A police spokeswoman said of the fight: “Officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary interviewed four people on September 25 in connection to allegations of assault at Elstree Studios on the evening of September 22.

“As a result of investigations, two women, aged 24 and 60, have received a police caution for common assault.

“Enquiries in connection with another assault allegation continue, therefore it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time.”

Farrah claims she launched a glass at a wall in a bid to distract Aisleyne and make her “back-off” after she threw champagne at her when Farrah told her during a heated discussion: “Hag be quiet, hag be quiet.”

She added: “After I threw the champagne glasses to try to make Aisleyne back-off I turned round and walked away to leave the set. I didn’t want to be attacked again or things to escalate, I chose to remove myself from the hostile situation.

“As I walked away though, Janice hurled a chair aggressively towards me with great force. I was deeply shocked by her aggressive behaviour especially seeing as she is a more mature lady.”

She concluded: “I’m devastated things turned so sour as a result of Aisleyne’s negative attack on me and that she has shown no remorse for her actions.

“As for Janice’s assault on me, I’m deeply upset by it and had to cancel work as a result of my injuries and emotional distress, which is a great shame.”
