Does anyone actually watch the Super Bowl for the sport?
No, us neither.
We were there for Lady Gaga’s uh-mazing 12-minute performance, which she opened with Woody Guthrie's civil rights anthem This Land Is Your Land and Born This Way.
But aside from some of the best ever live performances (remember Beyoncé and the Destiny Child reunion in 2013?) the Super Bowl is also known for its emotional and politically-charged adverts.
There were a whopping 51 adverts throughout the night, but literally everyone lost their shit over the new Mr. Clean advert in particular.
The 30-second advert shows a woman instantly attracted to the animated Mr. Clean character, who shows off his sexy dance moves as he does the housework.
He cleans her bathroom and mops her floor while dancing seductively, and she gets seriously into it.
Mr. Clean is, of course, wearing a tight white t-shirt and matching pants that, ahem, emphasise his features…
His bum looks VERY impressive.
At the end of the advert, the woman comes to realise Mr. Clean is in fact her husband, and ends up running into his arms and toppling on to the sofa.
Is it weird we fancy a cartoon? Don’t answer that.
