EXCITING GREAT BRITISH BAKE OFF NEWS ALERT

2016 was a bit of a bloody nightmare for a whole load of reasons we won't go into, a focal one being the demise of the Great British Bake Off.

We cried and cried and cried over the news it would be moving from the BBC to Channel 4, but then we realised the new line-up of judges and hosts (Noel Fielding et al) was actually LIT, so we’re very much excited for the upcoming series.

And we’ve just been delivered some veeeery exciting news – theres going to be two hour long Christmas specials!

So cancel all your other Christmas plans IMMEDIATELY (Sorry Gran).

Last year’s Christmas specials on the beeb pulled in an audience of 7.3m across its two episodes on Christmas Day, so we’re expecting GREAT THINGS.

It’s not yet been revealed whether it will feature celebrities of regular people – maybe they should see what Mary Berry, Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins are up to?

Lol.
